Your salesman will not pass you off to some ubiquitous “customer service” phone number. Your salesman will remain your first contact for clinical, service, training or other needs associated with your Nidek UniPulse™ laser system. Got a problem? Need training? Whatever your need is, call your salesman and help is on the way. This is our “shopping mall” approach to customer service.

Your Nidek laser comes with the standard warranty against manufacture defect and component failure. One year warranty will cover all costs for travel expenses, emergency service, replacement parts including filters and hoses. We will respond within 24 hours to your call. Scheduled preventative maintenance visits should be twice a year.

Customer Tailored Service Contract allows our customers to write their own
contract. First response, Biomedical assist, Parts Only are a few of the options
available to choose from. Whether you choose Priority Service or Standard
Laser Engineering, Inc. can provide efficient service for the life of your laser.

Our Preventative Maintenance Contract provides for two PM visits for the year
and maintains regulatory compliance for ANSI standards.
