salesman will remain your first contact for clinical, service, training
or other needs associated with your Nidek UniPulse™ laser system.
Got a problem? Need training? Whatever your need is, call your salesman
and help is on the way. This is our “shopping mall” approach
to customer service.
Your Nidek laser comes with the standard warranty against manufacture defect and component failure. One year warranty will cover all costs for travel expenses, emergency service, replacement parts including filters and hoses. We will respond within 24 hours to your call. Scheduled preventative maintenance visits should be twice a year. Laser Engineering,
Inc. offers a multi-dimensional approach to service contracts. |
